The main London airports are Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted airports which are used for domestic and European flights. All the London airports are located around the M25 which is a circular motorway/highway which runs around London at a radius of around 15 to 17 miles.

Transfers are relatively easy except in the morning and evening rush hour, from the London airports to the hotels in Central London, Seaports, and Cruise Terminals. Airport taxis transportation can easily be booked in advance through our online quote form or by contacting us phone or e-mail .

It is advisable to book your transfer service in advance so the driver can meet you inside the airport terminal. Traffic on all transfer routes can be particularly heavy during the morning and evening rush hour. Sunday evening traffic can be very unpredictable especially in the London area. Terminal information can be verified from the British Airports Authority website. Alternatively if you have the flight information our driver can check the terminal details. All ground transportation services to the airport during the evening rush hour will be difficult due to heavy traffic conditions. One needs to allow extra time for these periods.

It will take a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes from the time your flight lands for you to exit the airport.

If you do not have a European passport it will take between 45 - 60 minutes to clear airport official procedure .

If however you are only carrying hand luggage and hold a european passport you could be out in 10 to 15 minutes of landing.

If you are a student and will be staying for more than 6 months there are additional medical formalities. If you do not have the necessary documents it could take well in excess of 2 hours to exit the airport.

Whatever the circumstance our drivers are prepared to wait. The driver will be holding a greeting board and the customer name will be hand written on that greeting board.
